You show a picture of a reindeer in an envelope. You then show a stack of cards to the audience that is all reindeers as well. The volunteer chooses one of the cards, which is supposed to be a reindeer. You pull the card out of the envelope, which is supposed to be a reindeer as well. When the volunteer turns their card around it is a picture of Santa.
